Where is my order confirmation?

  • Order confirmations are sent out via email for every order, please ensure you check your spam / junk folder.

Are your items all authentic?

  • When shopping with CREP MOVEMENT LTD, every item we sell is guaranteed authentic. We pride ourselves on ensuring that every item is genuine and we strictly never deal with counterfeit goods.
  • We only deal with verified suppliers and our staff are trained in authentication. 

How long will delivery take?

  • UK orders: We currently use Royal Mail as our courier. All items are sent tracked and signed for. Once your order is packed and dispatched, if you have chosen the 2-5 days postal option at checkout, this is the estimated delivery time. If you choose the express 1-3 days option at checkout, this will be the estimated delivery time.
  • Please note we ask for 1-3 days to dispatch your item, we do not dispatch on weekends.
  • Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with a tracking code via email.
  • International orders: Please see your chosen postal option for delivery time estimates.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    • Yes, only within the UK. We accept returns and exchanges (subject to availability). If you are unhappy with the item/ items in your order, a return or exchange can be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. Past the 7 day window after receiving your item, a return cannot be requested. 
    • We do not offer exchanges or returns on orders outside of the UK.

    • All items must be returned new and in the same condition (with tags etc.) that they arrived to you as the buyer - we will not accept returns for an item that has been used or worn.
    • We do not provide free returns, you as the buyer must return the item at your own cost using a tracked and signed for postage option, fully insured at the value of the item. We will not be held responsible for any return items lost in transit.
    • Please note: if the item arrives to us with tags not attached or item appears worn in any way we will not be able to process a refund and will send the items back to you at your own cost.

Are your items new or used?

  • Currently, all items sold by CREP MOVEMENT LTD are new, we do not stock pre-owned items.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship to multiple countries worldwide. Shipping costs will be applied at checkout corresponding to your location.
  • We cannot ensure that you will not pay a customs fee upon delivery of your item, please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges upon delivery, however, we work hard with our shipping couriers to ensure you will be subject to either no additional charges or charges as small as possible.
  • CREP MOVEMENT LTD are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping couriers.

How can i look after my new item the best way possible?

  • To ensure the longest life for your new item we recommend regularly cleaning your footwear using appropriate cleaning materials and cleaning products. We also recommend storing your new items in ideal conditions and avoiding storage in humidity and heat.  

    Notice: CREP MOVEMENT LTD is a reseller of products and not a manufacturer. We therefore do not have responsibility for the durability, performance and longevity of branded items sold, once worn. For this reason we are unable to provide returns for items worn regardless of the situation.
