Our Returns Policy: We have a 7 day return or exchange policy, this means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Items must be dispatched within a week once a return request is accepted, items sent after this date will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items returned must have the order number inside the return parcel.

To start a return, you can contact us via live chat or at info@crepmovement.com or sales@crepmovement.com. If your return is accepted, you will have to pay for the return postage / return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges are only available for UK customers. We do not offer international returns or exchanges.

We use the nationally renowned postal couriers ROYAL MAIL to ship our orders, at checkout you will be given the choice of a 1-3 day postal option or 2-5 day postal option. Delivery attempts will be made monday - saturday.

These options both include a tracking code and signature upon delivery of your item.

Please note we ask for 1-3 working days for dispatch on any order however we often ship orders same day.
