• Our Returns Policy: We have a 7 day return or exchange policy, this means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  
  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
  
  Items must be dispatched within a week once a return request is accepted, items sent after this date will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items returned must have the order number inside the return parcel.
  
  To start a return, you can contact us via live chat or at info@crepmovement.com or sales@crepmovement.com. If your return is accepted, you will have to pay for the return postage / return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges are only available for UK customers. We do not offer international returns or exchanges.

• Please note we ask for 1-3 working days for dispatch on any order, however we often ship orders the same day.
• (UK) We use the nationally renowned postal couriers ROYAL MAIL to ship our orders, at checkout you will be given the choice of a 1-3 working day option or 2-5 working day option. Both options include tracking and a signature upon delivery.
• Delivery attempts will be made by the courier Monday - Saturday.
• We dispatch orders Monday - Friday. No weekend dispatch.
