  Items must be dispatched within a week once a return request is accepted, items sent after this date will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items returned must have the order number inside the return parcel.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges are only available for UK customers. We do not offer international returns or exchanges.

• (UK) We use the nationally renowned postal couriers ROYAL MAIL to ship our orders, at checkout you will be given the choice of a 1-3 working day option or 2-5 working day option. Both options include tracking and a signature upon delivery.
