Please note we ask for 1-3 working days for dispatch on any order, however we often ship orders the same day.
(UK) We use the nationally renowned postal couriers ROYAL MAIL to ship our orders, at checkout you will be given the choice of a 1-3 working day option or 2-5 working day option. Both options include tracking and a signature upon delivery.
Delivery attempts will be made by the courier Monday - Saturday.
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday. No weekend dispatch.

We have a 7 day return and exchange policy, this means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Items must be dispatched within a week once a return request is accepted, items sent after this date will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items returned must have the order number inside the return parcel.

To start a return, you can contact us via live chat or sales@crepmovement.com. If your return is accepted, you will have to pay for the return postage / return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges are only available for UK customers.
